ABOUT THE DANCER
The protagonists of "The Dancer" are a young American couple named Rakeem and Lisa, who reside in Boston in the winter of 2017. It is their final year of high school, and they are both excelling academically. Rakeem plans to utilise his talents at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to advance his artificial intelligence studies next year. Lisa has aspirations of becoming a choreographer and enjoys hip-hop dancing for pleasure. She may be able to use her show's potential national award to get admission to New York's Pace University.
There is a lot of harmony between Rakeem and Lisa. Rakeem is devoting his knowledge of technology to the problem of creating dance patterns using artificial intelligence, while Lisa is in a mad dash to complete her performance. Is Rakeem's scientific knowledge something Lisa can put to use in a spectacular performance? Is this a chance for Rakeem to finally break through at MIT? Their time is running short, but a foreign network might be their savior. The issue is if everything is being done with integrity in the correct method.
The protagonists of "The Dancer" are two overly passionate teenagers who wish to test their limits. They are both driven by the desire to succeed. However, don't you suppose they fear losing one other?

THE AUTHOR
Luc Balcer was born in Genk on August 18, 1969. He became a graphic artist after college and began working in advertising businesses around the world. As an art director, he worked on a lot of projects for businesses and institutions. Later, he became an independent artist online and became an expert in social media, conversation management, and sharing stories. During that time, he wrote a lot of opinion pieces, idea notes, and talks for other people. He still works on his own today. He has now written his first book, which combines his interests in science and artificial intelligence. Because he has written scripts for video ads before, he writes in a very visual way. He keeps you interested in a good story with lots of unexpected turns because he is a good speaker. His first book, "The Dancer," is an imaginary story about feelings and technology that sometimes feel too close to reality. "The Dancer" might make a great Netflix movie, but for now, just read the book!
